If you are dissatisfied with your purchase then you can return the item(s) as long as they are brand new and undamaged. Returns will be at your own expense and we recommend using a tracked service so you get proof of delivery. You have 30 days to let us know that you would like to return any items.
If the item(s) arrive with you damaged please send us a photo via email (info@hellonook.co.uk) showing the damage and state of parcel on arrival, along with your order number, and we will look into this and advise as soon as possible to get the issue all resolved for you. Please let us know within 7 days of the parcel arriving of any damage.
Standard UK shipping is £6.
Shipping is to all mainland UK(which excludes highlands and islands). To highlands and islands, as well as rest of world, please email info@hellonook.co.uk for more information on pricing for shipping direct to you.
We aim to ship all orders out within 3-5 working days of you placing the order if in stock at the time. Please allow up to 6 working days for arrival. We use a fully tracked courier to deliver your order and details will be sent out ahead of delivery where possible.
