ABOUT US

Hello Nook was founded in 2021 by Jen, Nick and Dave.

 

Jen trained in Art & Design, Nick (Jen's husband) had a background in sales and management, and Dave (Jen's brother) was working as a carpenter.

We decided to pool our skills and resources to create a company where we work with clients from start to finish to create their dream space. ​

Our goal is to make it possible for everyone to make their homes reflect their personalities and needs, whether that's through bespoke fitted furniture, smaller pieces of freestanding furniture which are fully customisable or DIY products like trims and panelling to make your walls sing.

We work with you to design exactly what you want, create 3D digital models and realistic renders so you can see exactly what you're getting. Jen will consult with you to determine the design, colours and finishes you would like, and will advise you on what will work best. Everything is kept in house with us - from design to final installation - so we have complete control over every aspect of your project! This results in a very high quality service and finish because we care about your project having been involved in every step.

Our commitment to craftsmanship is reflected in every piece of furniture we create. Each piece is handmade in our Lancashire workshop with the utmost attention to detail and design, ensuring that you receive a unique and custom-made furniture piece that is designed to last.

We strive to be an environmentally sustainable company. We only use water-based paint and primer, we use 100% renewable energy to power our workshop and offices, and we design, make and finish everything under the same roof here in Lancashire.
